Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. By accessing the platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
1 Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms used in these Terms shall carry the meanings defined below, unless the context indicates otherwise:
"Platform"
The 999dt website, mobile application, and all associated services are collectively referred to as the "Platform".
"User" or "You"
Any person who has created an account on the 999dt platform or has accessed the platform shall be considered a "User".
"Services"
All entertainment gaming activities offered on the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, multi-bet, and cricket betting, shall be considered "Services".
"Account Balance"
The total amount of funds deposited in and withdrawable from your 999dt account is known as your "Account Balance".
"Bonus"
Any promotional funds, free bets, or other financial benefits offered by the platform are identified as a "Bonus".
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use 999dt's services. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to create any account, and any such account found will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Account Creation Conditions
- Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- 999dt reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
Identity Verification
999dt may verify your identity at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is completed.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
999dt ensures fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services.
Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods currently accepted on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any other method are not permitted.

Withdrawal Process
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- 999dt may delay or suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
- Large withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total Balance ৳26,000
Wagering Requirements
To receive the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, excluding the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Bonus Usage Conditions
- Bonuses may only be used on specific games designated by 999dt.
- Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
- 999dt reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
- If a bonus offer has a specific expiry period, it may change without prior notice.
5 Fair Play Rules & Betting Policy
Valid Bets
Every bet on the 999dt platform must be placed in accordance with the set rules. 999dt reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors or human mistakes.
Bet Cancellation Circumstances
- If an event is cancelled or suspended.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If the result cannot be confirmed.
- If evidence of match-fixing or suspicious activity is found in a bet.
Betting Limits
To ensure safe gaming, 999dt may set maximum betting limits for specific games or events. Prior notice may not be given when such limits are changed.
Multiple Accounts & Fraud
If someone attempts to gain bonus advantages by creating multiple accounts, using bots, or any other dishonest means, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the 999dt platform:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
- Exploiting any platform error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to harass or harm other users.
- Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
If anyone is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, their account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.
7 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards
999dt runs a VIP program for its regular members, divided into three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
Members can be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on their active gaming activity. 999dt reserves the right to cancel or modify VIP benefits. Wagering requirements for VIP rewards will be communicated at the time of specific offers.
8 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Closure at User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. All pending bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn before closure.
Closure at 999dt's Initiative
999dt may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or match-fixing.
- Provision of false information.
- Long-term account inactivity.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
Inactive Accounts
An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Members will be notified by email before the fee is applied.
11 Limitation of Liability
999dt will not be held liable in the following situations:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Loss resulting from user negligence or sharing account information with unauthorized persons.
- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
- Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.
- Financial loss incurred by the user as a result of gaming — gaming is conducted entirely at personal risk.
The platform's maximum liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
12 Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on the 999dt platform — logos, designs, software, games, text, graphics — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 999dt or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying any content from the platform is strictly prohibited. Violation of this prohibition may result in legal action.
13 Changes to Terms
999dt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. The latest terms will always be available on this page.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, the dispute will be settled through mediation.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining parts.
