Safe & Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming Commitment — Enjoy Safely with 999dt

999dt believes entertainment should always be kept in check. Our tools, guidelines, and support team are here for you — so that gaming stays enjoyable at all times.

⚠️ Remember: Online casino and betting carry financial risk. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. Gaming is entertainment — not a source of income.

Why We Value Responsible Gaming

999dt is committed to building a safe, transparent, and trustworthy platform for players in Bangladesh. We believe every player has the right to enjoy entertainment in a protected environment. That is why we have developed tools and policies to help you play with awareness.

Gambling is a leisure activity — much like watching a film or enjoying sports. But for some people it can become a problem. 999dt wants you to recognise that line and seek help when needed.

Our Protection Tools

999dt provides several effective tools to keep your gaming experience safe and controlled.

Set Deposit Limits

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit requires a set processing period before it becomes active — to prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a temporary break, use the time-out feature to suspend your account for a specific period. During this time you will not be able to log in or place any bets.

Self-Exclusion

If you need long-term help, submit a self-exclusion request. Through this process your account is fully closed and cannot be reopened during that period. Contact the support team and we will act promptly.

Session Time Limits

Decide in advance how long you will play in one sitting. Once a session limit is set, when the time is up the system will automatically alert you and end the session.

Review Your Gaming History

Your full transaction and betting history is available in your account. Review your spending patterns and adjust your decisions as needed. Transparency is the first step toward responsible gaming.

24/7 Support

If you have any concerns about your gaming, contact 999dt via live chat or email at any time. Our team is always ready to assist in both Bengali and English.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Gambling problems do not always appear suddenly — they develop gradually. Watch for the following signs. If any of them apply to you, it is important to seek help.

Repeatedly playing to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
Skipping essential household expenses in order to gamble
Hiding the amount you gamble from family or friends
Being unable to stop gambling even when you try
Feeling anxious or irritable when you cannot gamble
Taking on debt or borrowing money to place bets
Neglecting work, family, or social responsibilities in favour of gambling

If these signs appear, please take a break and contact the 999dt support team. We do not judge — we simply help.

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

Keep these principles in mind for a fun and safe experience at 999dt:

Set a budget: Decide how much you are willing to spend before you play and stick to that limit.
Limit your time: Do not play for long stretches without a break — take regular pauses.
Check your state of mind: Avoid gaming when you are stressed, sad, or angry.
Winning is not guaranteed: The outcome of every game depends entirely on chance — do not place large bets assuming a win is certain.
Think of others: Make sure family members, especially children, cannot access your account.
Do not hesitate to seek help: If you have a problem, let our support team know directly.

Frequently Asked Questions about Responsible Gaming

Find answers to common questions from players here.

Log in to your 999dt account and go to the Responsible Gaming section from the Settings menu. There you can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but a request to raise a limit requires a set processing period before it becomes active.

Self-exclusion is a serious protective measure. Reactivating your account within the chosen period is not possible. Once the period ends, you may request reactivation — however, it does not happen immediately and must go through a set review process.

A time-out is a short-term break — ranging from a few hours to a few weeks. Once the period passes, the account is reactivated automatically. Self-exclusion is long-term — it can last months or years, and you cannot reverse it yourself before the period ends.

No. 999dt strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from using the platform. Age is verified at the time of account registration. If an underage person attempts to open an account, the account will be cancelled and any deposited funds will be returned.

Start by speaking with them with empathy. Offer advice without pressure. If needed, contact the 999dt support team — we can also provide guidance to family members. A self-exclusion request can be submitted with the help of a representative as well.
